How to Use Nad's for MenHair Removal Cream

Apply the cream generously on the area to be treated. Using your hand smooth cream on to completely cover hair with a thick even layer. Do not rub in. Rinse hands immediately with water.
Leave cream on the area to be treated for at least 3 minutes. Using a soft cloth, test a small area for hair removal. If hair does not come away easily, leave the cream on for a few more minutes, without exceeding 6 minutes in total.
Wipe cream and hair away using a soft cloth.
Rinse treated area thoroughly with water and gently dry.
Clean tube with soft cloth, ensuring all traces of cream have been removed.
REPLACE CAP AFTER CLEANING.

NAD’S FOR MEN HAIR REMOVAL CREAM HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR LEGS, ARMS, CHEST AND BACK. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON FACE, SCALP, EYES, EYEBROWS, NOSE, EARS, NIPPLES, PERINEAL OR GENITAL AREAS.

Following the directions for use, ﬁrst test this product on a small patch of skin in the area you wish to treat. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction proceed with full application. If you experience any tingling or burning sensation during use, remove the cream immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. If this sensation persists, seek medical advice.
After use always wait 24 hours before using antiperspirant, perfume or astringent lotion on the treated area.
Always wait 72 hours between applications.
Avoid contact with jewellery as discolouring may occur.
Product may cause surfaces to become slippery. Ensure cream is rinsed thoroughly from shower surfaces.

First Aid

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor at once.
If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and ﬂush the eye continuously with running water. Continue ﬂushing until advised to stop by a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes.
If unwanted skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and ﬂush skin and hair with running water.

FAQs and Tips for achieving the best hair removal results at home

Can I use this on my scalp, beard, perineal or genital areas?

No. The Nad’s for Men Hair Removal Cream has been designed for the legs, arms, chest and back. It is not suitable for use on the face, scalp, eyes, eyebrows, nose, ears, nipples, perineal or genital areas.

Even after 10 minutes no hair was removed. Why?

If no hair comes off, it may be because your hair is fair and unfortunately due to lack of pigmentation fair hair can sometimes not be removed. The skin must be completely clean and dry before applying the cream. It must be liberally applied, and can be massaged with the fingertips to ensure that all sides of the hair is completely covered. Always make sure that the hands are washed immediately after applying the cream.

How long will the hair take to grow back?

As the hair is only being removed above the skins surface, it will grow back within 3-5 days after use. If you would like a hair removal option that can be completed less frequently, you could try waxing. As the hair is pulled from the root, it will not grow back for around 4-6 weeks.

I developed a rash, what went wrong?

As depilatory creams have to be very alkaline to dissolve the hair, they can sometimes cause irritation to sensitive skins which is why we always recommend a patch test to ensure your skin is suitable for treatment with a depilatory cream.

Remember it's important to patch test the area you wish to treat as some areas are more sensitive than others. Check the precautions on pack to ensure the area you wish to treat is suitable for treatment with a depilatory cream.

Is this permanent?

No. Like shaving, the hair is only removed above the skins surface. It will grow back within around 3-5 days. If you would like a hair removal option that can be completed less frequently, you could try waxing. As the hair is pulled from the root, it will not grow back for around 4-6 weeks.

Why do I need to do a patch test first?

Remember it's important to patch test in the area you wish to treat as some areas are more sensitive than others. Check the precautions on pack to ensure the area you wish to treat is suitable for treatment with a depilatory cream.

To perform a a patch test, follow the directions on pack and always read the precautions before you commence.

Will the hair grow back thicker?

No. We do not believe that hair removal techniques such as hair removal creams or waxing can cause the hair to grow back thicker or darker. However, cutting the hair bluntly (by shaving etc.) can make the hair appear and feel thicker/darker due to the hairs tip being blunt.

Hair Removal Creams dissolve the hair above the skins surface, so when the hair grows back the tip will be fine as opposed to blunt. As waxing pulls the hair from the root, a new hair follicle will grow through with a fine tip.
